About
pricelibrary is a free archive of published US prevailing wage determinations. It answers one question the official search does not: which revision of a wage determination was in force on a given date, what it listed, and what superseded it.
Who it is for
Estimators, contract administrators, certified-payroll clerks, compliance officers and auditors working on federally funded construction. If you are looking for what a job pays, this is the wrong site: a wage determination is a schedule incorporated into a federal contract, not a salary guide.
Why it exists
The source retains every superseded revision and publishes a change timeline, but surfaces them one record at a time. Reconstructing which revision governed a bid opening two years ago means clicking through revisions by hand. This archive publishes the chain.
How it is paid for
At present, it is not. There is no advertising, no affiliate arrangement and no paid placement on this site. If that changes, the only forms this archive will accept are a flat monthly sponsorship agreed in advance and a flat fee for data licensing — amounts that do not vary with signups, trials, leads, or anything else a reader does. That constraint lives in the database schema, which has no column capable of recording per-outcome compensation, and in a check that fails the build if one is added.
What it will never do
- Tell you what to pay, or which determination applies to your contract.
- Ask for an email address before showing you a result.
- Store a phone number. There is no such field anywhere in this system.
- Rate, score, grade or certify anything — a determination, an agency or a contractor.
- Present a superseded revision as though it were current, or a revision whose status it cannot confirm as though it were either.

Every figure links to the source record it came from. Where they differ, the source record is right. The methodology page lists what this archive knows it cannot resolve, and the data page publishes the whole index so the claims here can be checked in bulk.
